In this workshop, we look at how to get out of the way so that young people can build their own set of problem-solving skills.

Adults often try to solve problems for young people instead of allowing them to figure things out for themselves. We challenge you to step out of your role as a fixer and into the role of coach. Our job is no less important from the back seat as we celebrate discoveries, validate feelings, offer choices and ask useful questions.
